Women, It is time for us to rise, to heal ourselves, and empower each other to be leaders in our own communities. In this training we will look at family histories and blockages that limit our ability to reclaim our personal power for leadership and transformation. We will learn to self-reflect, nourish other women holding power, and witness each others stories so we can heal, empower and define our soul's purpose in this world. Each of us has our own talents to develop and share, and our own communities and causes we are called to share with. Going through this process you will learn to hold this space for others and access your own natural sense of leadership. You cannot lead if you have not explored your own light/shadow and strengths/ weaknesses. True leadership is when other women recognize they can lean on you, because you are grounded in your own healing and experience.
The Circle Work:
Each leader will go through a self-inquiry process that allows them to explore:
- Fear of Success
- Responsibility in Leadership
- How to step into our own talents
- Transparency in Leadership
- Inquiry into the collective conscious conditioning of womens roles and fear of womens power
- The light/shadow of what each of us is called to share
- Exploring the embodiment of he divine archetypes of:
Warrior, Mother, Lover, Goddess, Artist - Creating circle topics based around cycles of the moon
We will use and train leadership modalities of drumming, dance, trance, art, song, yoga, music, transformational breath work, mantra and poetic language around areas of personal interest.

It is time for us to rise, to heal ourselves and empower each other. For too long the feminine energy has been repressed and that has caused imbalance and suffering in our own bodies and the world. We have done some of this harm to ourselves. We have the tools through yoga, transformational breath work and ritual to heal emotional wounds blocking our power and reclaim the sacred feminine energy that lives in our bodies. It is our mission to come together in circles of women, to do the powerful practices and witness each others stories so we can heal, empower and create our soul's purpose in this world. We rise together, we lift each other up in our empowerment, we heal the sacred hoop of life through reclaiming our power.
