Teacher Training & Yoga Tantra Immersion: Sacred Geometry of the Body: Jan 16-30, 2010; A 2-week immersion into an ancient lineage of Tantra and Kundalini Yoga. Devipuram ashram is nested in the hills and jungle of southeast India. We will have fire pujas (ceremonies) in the mornings and practice a complete style of yoga which includes asana, pranayam, mantra, mudra and tantra. Yoga classes will be taught by Psalm Isadora. Service Project: Healing the Mother- Women's Empowerment School: Feb 10-22, 2010; "Healing the Mother" is a seva (service) project to open a school to empower women in India. Helping the women in the city of Vizag to achieve their dreams through education, yoga and job skills, allowing them to create a foundation for self fulfillment and self reliance and to become empowered members of their community.
