Who's lives? In this video, you will see me teaching yoga to women working as sex workers in Sonagachi, the red light district of Kolkata India. I traveled there to teach for Courage to Rise 501(c)3 in March 2011. They face a lot of hardships in their lives and the yoga, breathwork and chanting brought them self esteem, health and peace.
